I haven't played much VTM so jumping into a session feet first may have not been the best idea. But Onur did everything to help me build a character and understand the rules. Even reexplaining them to me when I messed up my sheet with a misunderstanding of the rules. I never once felt under prepared for the games with Onur. He helped out so much. As for the games themselves, Onur has gone leaps and bounds ahead to make the story compelling and fraught with adventure. Taking not only my backstory but the other players too and masterfully weaving them together to help forward progress the narrative at hand. I have only been in a few session at this point but I already dread (but love) what is to come from this story and the way he has tied in my touchstones. Onur is very good about allowing intentions to rule the game. "This is what I want to do" and he tells you the best way in his mind to do it and gives other options too. Allowing cool things to happen for the sake of the story and helping build tight intercharacter ties. Onur is a fantastic story teller and never makes you feel like its you vs them but more so you vs a living world. As I said I haven't been in more than a handful of games here but I am deeply excited to continue this story with this group. I wait on the edge of my seat for each game, ready to click into to voice and get going for the day.
