About me

Hey there! You can call me Spoon. For the past 26 years, I've dived deep into the world of roleplaying, and I've been a dedicated DM since the days of D&D 3.5. Over the years, I've guided countless adventures across various TTRPGs, and I’ve discovered my true passion: crafting immersive stories that bring characters to life. I love enhancing the player experience with rich narratives and captivating visual aids. Let’s embark on an epic journey together!

Played 22 sessions

I was kinda hesitant when I joined cause I haven't been a player in a campaign in years and I also had no experience with Cyberpunk Red. Corey walked me through the system quickly and efficiently. His games are highly customized and polished (I was very impressed and slightly jealous cause I totally would use some of the stuff he has) Corey has some great NPCs and is pretty quick when things turn sideways. I actually joined a second game of his and if he opened a third I would join that too.

I signed up for a 9pm game at 7:30. The GM told me that not only did they not think they had any time to onboard me but did not feel like they could work a new character into the session as the party was about to go into a big combat. The DM then offered to Session 0 with me the following day to make sure that I was ready for next session but when I asked them what time that would be the GM could not give me a time and said that it would be sometime during the day. Startplaying provides cutoff times for GMs to set so that players can't sign up within that window if the GM thinks they won't have enough time. This GM should probably review that.
