About me

I am returning to the game after 25 years. I loved D&D so much as a kid and haven't really had the opportunity to play as adult after college until now. I am so excited to get back into it. I have been a sponge the last 2 months watching youtube about game play, reading cover to cover PHB 2024, TCE, XGE, Eberron, Heroes of Faerun, Cracked Moon, DnD Beyond Drops, and other expansion content released in 2025/2026. I knew I missed playing this game, but getting back into it this last couple of months is so exciting and stimulating. I spend hours building and tweaking character builds and developing back stories trying to make builds that appear to be effective with back stories that make sense. I also enjoy thinking about how each character I build would interact with other stereotypical characters. I am hoping to join a campaign and fingers crossed, I will get up to speed quickly enough that I won’t cause any slowdowns for the other players. Hopefully I find the right DM and group and can have a great session 0 soon. I have a character I would love to play of it fits with the rest of the party. Like I said, I am just getting back into this, so I may not know what I am talking about here, but I promise take input well and will work hard to be sure we all have a great time.
