Travis has been communicative with the party and flexible with our schedules. He is able to adapt the scene and the campaign to suit the party's individualities. He is engaging and likes to keep everyone involved throughout the session. He has an incredible ability to voice the various NPCs we've encountered. I honestly I have no idea how he keeps track of how each NPC sounds. They are unique enough that I know who's speaking without him even needing to tell us (though he usually does so anyway). I like his use of the VTT technology, and he has worked with me on adding various homebrew elements into the campaign. He can be rules heavy or rules light - depending on the party's preference (and if there's a stickler for rules - like me - he will stickler me back. Which I totally appreciate). When there's ambiguity, he takes all players' feedback before making a call. And he even confirms the call before adding it to our "Rules" channel.
