Pacing is fantastic. Gives players enough "lag time" in between communications for players to elect participation while also keeping the story moving. It doesn't feel rushed, as though I'll miss my chance to interact if I don't speak up. Nor do I feel as though the whole game pauses waiting for one's thought or action.
