I had an excellent time playing Broadcast at the End of the World. The scenario was memorable, well-paced, and easy to jump into, with pre-generated characters that were distinct, playable, and immediately fun to inhabit. Neves did a great job setting scenes, using Roll20 materials effectively, and keeping the game moving without making it feel rushed. One of the strongest parts of the session was how well he balanced the table. Every player had opportunities to participate, make meaningful choices, and have moments in the spotlight. The pacing stayed strong throughout, and the horror, mystery, and character interaction all worked together really well. I also appreciated the house rules around Luck, which added tension and gave players interesting options. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable Call of Cthulhu one-shots I’ve played. I would happily play another game with this Keeper.
