About me
I have 20+ years of RP experience, mostly D&D and Pathfinder, but also recently WFRP and WH40k W&G, ACKS II, Lancer, and the TWD Universe RPG. I specialize in rolling exactly the wrong number at the wrong time. I love character-driven choices, moral dilemmas, and surviving by the skin of our teeth. That said, I’m here for story, tension, ugly choices, and the story we weave together as a crew. **What I’m Looking for as a Player** - Themes of low fantasy grimdark - Moments where characters must choose between survival and morality - A party dynamic where players are mature and serious and deal with mature topics, but also where humor emerges naturally, whether from misery or happiness brought on by game situations - Opportunities for consequences, good or bad, to matter **What I Offer as a Player** - Collaborative storytelling, not spotlight hogging - Consistent posting and communication (assuming discord) - Respect for tone and lore (I like to do deep research so I can act as my character might) - Hooks, flaws, and bad decisions you can build arcs around (I love creating and writing backgrounds for complex characters that I fall in love with and am devastated to have die) - A willingness to have my character fail interestingly, regardless of the severity of the roll

Dyer (or Bas, as I know him) runs an excellent WFRP game. He really understands the grim, grounded tone of the Old World and does a great job balancing danger, dark humor, and character-driven storytelling. His sessions open strong and consistently end with momentum that makes you excited for the next one. He’s well-prepared, knows the system inside and out, and makes even brutal or messy situations feel fair — consequences are logical and driven by player choices, never arbitrary. He’s excellent at managing spotlight time so everyone gets meaningful moments to shine, and the world feels alive and reactive beyond just the party’s immediate actions. Highly recommended if you want a tense, immersive, and memorable Warhammer experience.
Played a one shot with friends from around the country. Adam was an amazing GM who was patient, welcoming, and knowledgeable about VTM, always taking the time to explain the mechanics in a way that felt natural and fun. He made sure my friends and I all felt included and confident with the system. The way he balanced clear rules guidance with immersive storytelling made learning the game exciting, and I left the session genuinely thrilled to keep playing.
Brad is easily one of the BEST GMs I’ve played with on this platform - he is a master storyteller and patient teacher, guiding players through rules and choices with clarity and care. His onboarding experience is phenomenal, and he is professional, prepared, and reliable. Every session is engaging, filled with clever challenges, memorable NPCs, and immersive worldbuilding positively dripping in rich lore, and he balances spotlight time for all players. He also encourages party discourse in and out of character throughout the week via discord. All in all, a truly a professional and unforgettable experience.
TLDR highly recommended and deserves a courtly ballad, yo. Come gather close, ye humble folk, and hear this tale I sing, / Of a lord not clad in silken cloak, nor servant to a king. No sword in hand, nor bow nor axe, but board of keys instead / With skillful hands and mighty heart, he guides our tale’s bright thread. His parchments deep, his books well-read, his knowledge wide and fair, / He weaves a path both bold and dread through dream and dark despair. He bids us speak, he lends an ear, no voice is cast away, / And even ‘twixt the games we play, he teaches us each day. With voices many, rich and strange, he shapes both king and knave, / He crafts a world both wide in range, from dungeon deep to grave. Each road he lays, each tale he crafts, is bright with living fire, / A flame born from a player’s heart, and fueled by true desire. So raise your cups, ye questing hearts, and let your praises ring, / To him who masters maps and charts, and gives our spirits wing. For few there are who hold the line 'twixt chaos and control— / But this good lord of tales divine, he shepherds every soul. I’d march with him through blade and fire, through mud and blood and swirl, / A better guide, through tale or maze, ne’er walked 'mongst knight nor churl.
