He is the type to try going the extra mile to make a game immersive, such as gathering supplementary material to fill in the gaps left behind by modules and core rule books. Fairly flexible on what kind of character you want to play, and offers a lot of expansions to choose from if one wants to branch out. Rule-of-Cool is on the table during sessions so if you have a fun idea DJ will hear you out. Those who want a DM that will show them the ropes, or one that can cater to a veteran player, DJ is a great choice.

Church isn't kidding when he says he operates off of Rule of Cool. I got to drive a goblin through the air like a golf ball in one of his games.

Sean is patient with his players and doesn't let his authority get to his head. My game with him was combat focused, and while it was brutal, Sean was not cruel with how he played the scenario out. Really the most dire it got was during an encounter with a super boss that the party volunteered to fight.
