This is one of the easiest five star reviews I’ve ever written. Sav has a knack for making sure every player has a chance to feel awesome. They also are very good at explaining the rules and using the VTT to get the most out of the digital tools with sound and voices and maps and narrative and, and, and the list goes on. Would recommend for sure!

I played in a Call of Cthulhu game with Defhan as the GM. I was very impressed with the level of immersion he created. The story was his own, and it was engaging and had amazing media like handouts and photos and ambient music. He left plenty of room for creative solutions and roleplay. I was very impressed and will certainly look for his games in the future!

Mr. Mike ran us through a 2 player game in Call of Cthulhu and it was an incredibly memorable experience. Mike has a knack for providing ample opportunities for characters to be creative in their problem solving and roleplay. I felt like it was some of the best money I've spent on StartPlaying.Games. I will definitely check out more of his tables and recommend my friends to do the same. Thanks Mike!

I had a really good time playing draw steel with Bear. He made the adventure very fun and allowed the characters to do cool things while teaching the rules as we went. The use of a virtual tabletop was a great benefit.

This was my first game playing with IvanGMT. What a fantastic story teller! I have to say, this was the most impressed I have ever been with a 1 shot game on startplaying.games. We decided to use theatre of the mind for Daggerheart combat and I was amazed at how much more cinematic the combat felt. I literally felt like I was watching a blockbuster swashbuckling pirate movie in my head. IvanGMT ensured that all players got appropriate time to shine while pushing the narrative forward. The use of musical queues was also a nice touch. He did a great job of communicating both the mechanics of how the game worked, and also the potential consequences of our antics. I will be looking forward to another game with this game master in the future and will be recommending his tables to friends!
