I joined Slosh's play-by-post, coming in knowing next to nothing about play-by-post. He has made it a painless experience learning the mechanics, and is supportive and patient with me when I need help. I appreciate that he is receptive to feedback and communication and is always available to check in with me on boundaries when playing. Overall, I deeply enjoy Slosh as a gm and would recommend him for any player who loves a good mix of RP and combat. That being said, I did not feel as included in the group as my character was a werewolf and often forced to be on their own. It was as if every event occurred at night when I could not participate. Plans that were set were altered at the DM's discretion, so no amount of preparations that were made were acknowledged. At some point during my time at the table, it felt as if the DM's words were not his own, and it made playing extremely difficult. The scenes were not guided or given direction, making it hard to interact during the homebrewed portions.

Lily is one of the most talented DMs I know. She has amazing communication, world-building, immersive stories, and weekly text-based roleplay between sessions. She's responsive at odd hours, too, which is a big plus for me. She's neurodivergent friendly and creates a safe and inclusive environment for new and experienced players alike.

Allan is such a fun DM. He has amazing stories, really fun themes, and knows how to make your entire experience fun. He's helpful from the very beginning about making you feel a part of the world, character creation, and easy to talk to about selecting the choice of rolls and stating your case if you think it should be something else. 10/10 would recommend Allan's table for both beginners and experts alike.

Richard is an amazing DM creating a world filled with colorful NPCs that leaves you wanting to explore more. He’s crafted a creative and safe space and works with you to create a truly collaborative story.

The world that they build is colorful and rich. They also have a unique ability to bring out the best in players keeping everyone engaged.
