Look, I maybe be biased, but I love Mega's humor and attitude towards story's twists and shenanigans! He posses sharp wit and gives as good as he gets - which results in one hell of a session each time! He breathes new life into classic D&D adventures while adapting them to suit 5e. He is great with rules and explaining them - learning D&D from scratch, or just the 5e is a great time at his table! I also really love he supports roleplay and character development during and out of session! There are engaging 'What would your PC do?' questions to introduce your character and help flesh them out throughout the campaign! All in all, if you love deadpan and dry humor, sessions spent on the edge of the seat, and great opportunities for character development even in the midst of most intense (or ridiculous) battles, Mega is the guy for you!

Varick is magnificent! He is a great DM focused on telling a story of your character with you, while still putting them through their paces. He is great with the beginners and always glad to spend time explaining the rules, concepts, or whatever you may have questions of. I came to him with a bit outlandish backstory and a character, and he only said 'Hell yeah', made grabby hands towards anything and everything I had to offer, and ran with it. My poor girlie has been going through it for dozen sessions already (I'm LOVING it!). He makes sure to balance times and desires of all players as well! Everyone, no matter their area of interest (roleplay, exploration, combat, etc.), gets to enjoy what they love and also develop their stories. His background in Game design means that each week we come back to better and better table, with new gimmicks and very useful layouts. Oh, and his never-ending hunt for great visuals and audio is truly awe-inspiring! I also really love his mix of theater of a mind visual/maps usage - I enjoy having a visual to have a clue what is where, but I'm not as stick to the measured out maps as some can be. All in all, Varick/Bard can give you the most hilarious, heart-wrenching, beautiful and horrifying experience as you wish, while also chatting with you about inane bullshit if you're in a mood! I love every session with him and thank the TTRGs Gods I stumbled upon his listing one fateful day!
