Casper is an excellent collaborative GM! He gets just as excited about your character as you do, and is eager to tie your backstory into the world he constructs so that it feels lived in the moment you get put into it. He's also great at rolling with the punches, taking on the challenges of unexpected player choices with good adaptability. So long as it makes narrative sense, Casper will let you try out things even if they aren't fully rules-compliant, though never to the point of outright breaking the game. Firm, but fair. Ultimately, when you bring 100% to the table, Casper returns it, and the results are fantastic!

Ven has run several games that I've been in and was in fact the first DM I had, and with him as my yardstick, my bar for what a good DM should be was set very high from the start. He throws himself entirely into the game, takes the time to set up fantastic visuals and effects, and does his best to fold the PCs into the world in a way that makes you invested from the get-go. Ven is firm but fair, willing to bend certain rules for the sake of creativity but always keeping game balance in mind. He wants to tell a story with you, and if you are open and respectful with everyone at the table, you will find yourself enjoying every turn of the page!
