I got started GMing...
Three years ago, when I started my first adventure, Lost Mines of Phandelver. That campaign is still running today, but it will soon come to an end. From Lost Mines, Icepire Peak, The Rise of Tiamat and a homebrew finish against a Greatwyrm Demigod. It has truly been amazing to run it from 1 to 20!
How Venadon runs games
As a GM I am big on player choice. I like giving players as many options as possible from official or third party content so you can create your most ideal character with balance kept in mind (at least to some degree) but that being said I don't place any restrictions in my games for the most part. So you can play whatever Species, Class or Background you want, with approval by me first if it's third-party content (we can make it work). In addition, I am more than happy to help you with your character to fit them into the world/adventure so you can have the most fun possible.
