About me
I've been playing DnD for a little over a year now, but during that time, it's been A LOT of DnD, to where I would consider myself an intermediate + player at this point. I definitely mainline Druid, but I'm always trying to branch out. The only kind of game I've realized I don't love so far is a straight up 'who-dunnit' mystery. Other mysteries are usually okay. Puzzles are great. Combat is great. Roleplaying is great. Trying to figure out how to use all my skills and stats and spells is super great. There's not many IRL dnd games available to me, and I have all these pretty dice, so being able to roll real dice is super important to me?! (I also play on a kind of shit computer, so the digital dice are often super laggy.) (And I roll so bad most of the time you won't doubt that I'm telling the truth. Or I'll put a camera on my dice! Happy to do that if that makes it allowable!) I wish there were a tag for that on this website - at this point I pretty much won't sign up for a game (especially a campaign) if I can't roll real dice.

I've had so much fun in the games that Irregular has ran! The pacing was great, and he was also great about helping explain some of the rules I didn't understand, or giving advice on how to better use my character's abilities when I was still a really new player. I also thought he did a good job keeping the player times balanced, with people in the group all getting a chance to contribute and play. I'll definitely be back for more games with Irregular whenever my schedule allows! :D

Updated review: I've been playing a couple of months now, doing campaigns and one shots with lots of different DMs, and Michael is totally my favorite - i didn't know i how good i had it with him as my first DM! I really appreciate his storytelling and the mood and fun and funny vibe he creates. Super funny NPCs with fun voices and quirks that make the world more realistic. And i really like the pace he keeps - moving the action naturally along whenever we seem to be stagnating. Still 100% recommend đ 1st review: Michael has been a very kind and patient DM for a bunch of newbies - helping us understand the rules and navigate interactions without dying immediately - and his descriptions and voices have been great -- I'm always completely engrossed into the world :) Would definitely recommend!!
