I'm 17 years into playing D&D and Bruno is the best DM on this platform and possibly in all my experience. I've played two of his one-shots and his commitment to providing a high-quality experience is evidenced by his consistently high energy levels. Sessions begin and end on time, demonstrating respect for the players' schedules. His enthusiasm is infectious and significantly enhances the joy and fun at the table. He has a strong grasp of the rules but is excellent at prioritizing exciting narrative moments and player agency over rigid adherence and he readily incorporates creative player suggestions. Will for sure be playing with him again!

if you need a D&D session that is pure chaos and guaranteed laughter, book Tyler. tyler is an improv god. His NPCs are instant classics and had the whole table losing it. Even though it was hilarious, the story was actually sharp and felt complete. The final boss was mechanically fun. Tyler is the perfect mix of comedian and dungeon master. 5 stars, no question.

Listen up, honey, book a seat at Brian's table, she is a conduit of divine narrative joy, and frankly, I have never EVER met a DM who is so utterly, deliriously, infectiously passionate about their game. her commitment is a bonfire; it's a sparkle; it’s the kind of joyful, unrestrained energy that has every single player giving it 100% and the improv flows like champagne. I play a LOT of SP games and I feel i've never played a game so F-ing engaging and bold. I feel as TTRPG community online we’ve all been conditioned to keep things simple and welcoming to the point of being boring. Brian said, "No, thank you. We’re doing high-concept, emotionally resonant fun sexy uncomfortable queer drama." She is unafraid of complexity and difficult things she gives those themes a full spotlight, trusting her players (and her brilliant world-building) to navigate the shadows with grace. The environment she creates is the perfect paradox: fiercely protective of her players and their emotional safety, yet entirely permissive of daring and joy. You are given the license to make the messy, complicated choice, and to embrace all the gorgeous, multifaceted queerness you bring to the table. In Brian’s world we become the main characters of the most authentic, unapologetic epic we could ever imagine. Brian establishes a new high-standardmark for DM performance.

Okay, so listen up, because this is important. If you get a chance to play a game with Isaac, you absolutely HAVE to , his voices are HILARIOUS, awesome, and very accurate. He is SO into the action. Like, fully committed to the vibe. He also makes sure the game actually moves ahead and we don't just get stuck in boring stuff. He’s totally flexible and doesn't get hung up on being a strict rule-follower. It’s always fun over strictness with him, which is the whole point, right? Honestly, he's just the best to play with. Seriously, highly recommend 💯.

It was a challenging session overall, Mike seemed quite low on energy, which unfortunately made it difficult to build momentum and excitement around the narrative. Despite this being designated as a beginner session Mike didn't give any teaching through the rules and mechanics, just asking what move i wanted to make without explaining the options. I acknowledge Mike was in a difficult position that we had the disruption of a player dropping out mid-session, which broke the flow, but i think if you're charging for a game you should be able to work with this. The table dynamic was also particularly tough. One player completely dominated the scene and the conversation, often speaking over others. Mike acknowledged this in DMs when I pointed it out but didn't do anything to ask the player to back off. Conversely, the other player was pretty quiet almost entirely silent for the majority of the session. Despite the turbulence, roll20 was working well and set up properly. The combined effect of the difficulties outweighed the positive moments unfortunately. There was no safety briefing before the game either which was odd.
