An excellent GM who creates interesting encounters and plays them out very well. Runs excellent Lancer combat with properly set up plugins and macros in foundry. Playing was a breeze, even in higher levels and more complicated character setups were also met with patience and understanding for a few taksie backsies to properly play out my turns. The campaign I played in was light on roleplay, but I still had quite a lot of fun character moments outside of the combat. As a last word I will say that Tulio is the DM to go to for a tactical combat challenge that is a blast to play out!
