Playing in Matt’s campaign has been an incredible experience, and I'm only about 10 sessions in. From the start, his storytelling has brought the world to life in a way that keeps everyone fully engaged and invested in what’s happening next. His encounters are challenging but fair, never feeling random, and they consistently push us to think creatively rather than just rely on combat alone. Every decision we make feels meaningful, often leading to real discussion at the table because we know our choices have lasting consequences. He does an amazing job balancing roleplay, tension, and action, always knowing when to slow things down for character moments or ramp things up when the stakes are high. Matt has a great sense of pacing and reads the table extremely well, making each session feel dynamic and memorable. He is easily one of the best DMs I’ve ever had the chance to play with, and if the first 10 sessions are any indication, this campaign is shaping up to be something truly Great!
