I joined Stephan’s Curse of Strahd campaign last year, and it’s honestly been the most fun I’ve had playing D&D. He does a great job of creating atmosphere, really brings the setting to life with different voices and soundtracks, and strikes a nice balance between horror and humour. Fair warning, while he won’t go out of his way to kill off players, he wont go easy on you either, so a bit of strategy is needed! I found it really added to the campaign though and I’m already signed up to his homebrew starting next week. Great fun as a DM, would highly recommend.

As a first time DND player, I feel really lucky to have landed Kyle as my DM. You can tell he puts a tonne of work into the world and characters he’s made, he always checks in at the end of the session to see how we’ve enjoyed the game and is always happy to explain things and answer questions. I’ve really enjoyed the sessions I’ve played with him so far and I’m looking forward to many more.
