I joined one of Ben's one-shots playing Dragonbane and had a blast. Even more impressive - I'd gotten the time wrong and he and the other players were super-patient and got me up to speed and into the story quickly. He shared some of Dragonbane's unique mechanics quirks as we went, but kept it light enough and woven into the story, so we were able to keep the sense of adventure. I can easily recommend others try his campaigns and look forward to playing with him as GM again.

Serge is a great GM. I played a one-shot with a few other folks and he put in the effort to ensure our party was prepared for the night, walked through the guidelines up front, ensured everyone in the party were all engaged in collaborating on the story based on our players, then added drama and ambience with music, sound effects and visuals to enhance the experience. A lot of fun and I look forward to joining another campaign with him soon.

I did Age’s intro to D&D one-shot and loved it. As a total noob, this was my second one-shot and I wanted to see how other games were run. Age was clever, engaging and helpful to highlight character features and nuances in game play I’d missed in my other game. He encouraged us to explore our characters’ motivations, which in turn, led to great collaboration in our party. I would highly recommend Age, and will look for more sessions with him.

Colby was great. I knew NOTHING going in and he was clever, patient and created a really fun first time experience with a ton of story. I know more now and had a great time. My counterpart in the game, someone with more experience, taught me as well about how characters can add to the story. HUGE recommend!
