I have had the pleasure of joining one of Tom's main campaigns, & had him as a stand-in DM in the past. Tom is welcoming, kind, and truly knows his stuff. He has a unique way of turning chaos into intricate storytelling, allowing his players to add flavor and contribute directly to the canonical lore of the world he has built with his friends and family. He is incredibly patient with new players and never makes you feel stupid while you are getting your head around the rules or the intricacies of your chosen race, class, and spells. He is the type of DM who feels like part of the gang while effortlessly puppeteering the story, guiding the group through both lighter and darker narrative points. I also want to highlight how he makes every player feel special; he takes time to lean into the style each person enjoys, leaving custom breadcrumbs just for them. I would recommend Tom a thousand times over if you want rich, poetic language, an experienced DM, and to feel part of something big.

Elle was so friendly, warm and inviting and made my friend and I feel so at ease. She was patient while we got to grips with mechanics and timings. The friend had experience with 2e and 4e, and needed a refresher to get into 5e as well as build confidence. I needed to better understand the mechanics, exactly what I could do. I'm a BG3 and Dimension20 fan, so my expectations were high! Safe to say me and the friend called afterwards, feeling so excited and booked right into a campaign!!! If you're worried about feeling stupid or not knowing where to start, Elle is going to give you that judgement free zone to dive in and try it out. Elle's storytelling was brilliant, and her use of descriptive language and nuance was really inviting. I was particularly impressed with the inflection in her character voice. The music was soft in the background and helped a really smooth experience overall. Thank you Elle!!! You exceeded expectations.
