I am a fairly beginner player (haven't played in many groups) and Phoenix has made me feel very welcome with the group I jumped into. They do a great job incorporating player's ideas and has fun little ideas to explain something going right or wrong (my character now has glasses since she missed all her hits the first session). I highly recommend him as a DM, the story telling is great, the music and sounds are immersive and they incorporate everyone as much as they can into the game and story!
