I have now been playing with Phoenix for close to two years now and have played a few different TTRPGs with them (Tether PbP, DnD 5e, MOTW, GbM, Masks). Phoenix has made every effort to make each game super interesting and work well with each person and their characters. They do a great job incorporating player's ideas and has fun little ideas to explain something going right or wrong (my half-orc fighter got prescription glasses after the first session due to missing every single hit. By the end she got the first pair of magical contacts in the world). I highly recommend him as a DM, the story telling is great, the music and sounds are immersive and they incorporate everyone as much as they can into the game and story!
