Rae is fine. I once had an issue where he didn't allow me to do something and I disagreed with it. We discussed it afterwards he agreed I would be able to in the rules. That was appreciated. Otherwise, he does know and handle rules fairly well. When players were struggling, he was open to feedback and the game improved. I'd say communication is vital and if you're uncertain about something he's opened to hearing it out. Do that and you'll be fine. No problematic behavior after a few months of playing with him. Haven't noticed any use of AI.

I've had several DMs on the site and Brett's game is by far my favorite at the moment. The amount of extra work he put into collecting or building maps on Talespire is well worth the price. He's also been patient in introducing the whole group to a new VTT that is very different from the rest.
