I have never played in a campaign where I had material written for me and I could play out my own and other's custom written story arcs. Terra is both able to be firm on some rules but very willing to 'yes and' where it will make for a better player experience. She thinks quick on her feet. Her puzzles are challenging but not so frustrating that we give up. It is a safe space and I laugh out loud during the game and because I am safe I can try and make the others laugh. I look forward to the game all week and when it's happening it takes me away completely. Everything I want in a game. Terra also appears to be a great human being in her own right.
I know Kodiak mostly as a fellow player, where when they described their character it was so good it ran chills down my spine and I thought "this is it, this is why people like d&d". As a fellow player they are inclusive, funny, patient, have some good voices and characters, good at building detailed descriptive scenes you can easily imagine and make sense in context. A good mixture of cheerful dad jokes and a shocking darkness. As a DM I enjoyed their ability to make me feel not rushed but also to feel like the story was being driven forwards appropriately when there were several people who all wanted to do something different. Combat was challenging but not stressful. There was some interesting exploring, and some interesting NPC's. I would recommend them as a human being! Give them a go
