Elemium is a very solid DM. Knows the material, develops good stories, handles NPCs well, and gives the players the right amount of agency without letting everyone flounder unnecessarily. He's very friendly, inclusive, ensures everyone is comfortable, engaged, and having fun, and most importantly, is patient with everyone. You wont go wrong with Elemium.

Oginme is a cut above, at least above the DM's I've had. His ability to tell a free-form story with a wide world of characters and quests without feeling bogged down or getting lost is exemplary. Too many DMs try to go for the open world vibe but fall short because they can't keep up, don't take the time to prepare, or just can't handle the variable scope of such a thing, but Ognime is on top of it all the time. Over the course of a campaign... 8 months or so? We've had one session that felt a little lost, but that was a major outlier. He's great with stories, makes excellent side characters, and keeps things fresh. He ties his plots together neatly, holds your hand as much as needed or lets you go off the leash if you're comfortable. There's freedom to play who and what you want, and he does a great job integrating it into the campaign. I find that I can't think of any major faults, and even minor ones are easily overlooked! Great DM, very fun, very inclusive, knows the rules. No reason to choose anyone else if you have the opportunity!
