One thing that i really appreciate in a GM is someone who is willing to let you rule of cool something. For instance we had a flying creature and he allowed my rogue to parkour up to it with a sufficient athletics check! Also he helped me learn the roll 20 system and gave me tips for running my own games which i hope to do soon!
