Serious, grounded DM with a strong emphasis on RAW and internal consistency. This was very refreshing for me — many DMs lean heavily on Rule of Cool to please players, sometimes to the point where the world stops feeling real. Threats are treated seriously, encounters are well balanced, and the adventuring day is properly pressured, keeping spell resources genuinely scarce. This maintains high tension and makes decisions meaningful. Deep knowledge of the Drakkenheim lore makes the world feel grounded and believable. That approach naturally attracts serious players, and it really shows at the table.

Great heist session from the "Keys from the Golden Vault". DM paid particular attention to the players' character, and sprinkled hooks in the story for them to play with, which I gleefully did. Delightful character development. Would gladly join more heists

I enjoyed the world, adventure and lore Ben constructed and thoroughly enjoyed the plot of the campaign I participated in. Ben was helpful in creating a build that fit well within the party. The complete campaign was instrumented with maps on roll20 and dnd beyond, meaning we had good visuals, helping with the story an world immersion.
