Great GM - very roleplay-oriented but can still run a challenging combat too! Good at making sure everyone gets their fair share of the spotlight. The game I did with him was a Daggerheart beginners' one-shot. It turned out that our party for the session was mostly GMs looking to try out a new system. He was able to adapt his teaching to fit the RPG experience level of the party, and also happy to talk shop with us afterward about this system and other systems. And again, GREAT ROLEPLAY and fun NPCs!!

That was fun!! He's very roleplay-oriented and makes great NPCs. Also allows and encourages creativity in combat.

Fantastic DM! Very dynamic combats with lots of room for creative use of environment and shenanigans. He’s also really good at improvising in response to players doing something unexpected that majorly changes the adventure (like blowing a giant hole in the ship we were on…). He didn’t miss a stride, threw in a ticking clock that the ship was now sinking, and improvised a new ending to fit. Also great at picking up on little details like our party developing an unexpected fondness for a minor NPC, and building that in in interesting ways.
