Dexter is one of those very rare GMs that appears to have mastered the art of GMing. For the entire campaign he kept an engaging narrative, pacing that was always moving without feeling pushed or artificial, and went with chaos that we players brought to the table (to which in many cases somehow became lore). Dexter is also a GM that utilizes a PCs background throughout the campaign for the 4 of us so our characters felt alive and relevant to the world. His dungeons felt complex and mysterious, his antagonists ranged from simple aggressors, to a true BBEG that was layered and felt like a game of chess when learning his motives. In all Dexter is a GM that I cannot recommend enough, he cares about making the sessions the best possible for players, he is receptive to ideas, and he is always looking for feedback from his players because he wants the players to have the best time possible.
He is a storyteller that weaves a good story. The world itself feels alive and in Vampire the Masquerade, there is a sense of machinations actively working in the background. The NPCs feel legitimate and there is a real sense of having to act sneaky to prevent potential issues. Overall great Storyteller!
