Paul has been great! This was my first experience using StartPlaying, so I was naturally a bit apprehensive, but almost immediately I could tell I made the right call. Paul does a great job of setting the mood (we're playing Strahd), and the experience really feels unique and customized to our characters. He was able to weave my (very minimally thought out) character's backstory into my first session, which was super cool. Strongly recommended!
