This will be long so apologies... There's a refreshing sort of aura throughout the game that eminates when you have a new DM. As in someone new to being a dungeon master. As someone who has been jaded by the core rulebook it is a relief when a new DM arises to bring a fresh take to the game. With Dalf though all of that glamor can be dispelled without warning. Dalf straight up ghosted our party without warning the day we were supposed to have a game. Maybe don't step into the DM seat if you can't handle the pressures of complex social situations that DnD entails.
