After determining my character concept, and having the chance to catch up on the story prior to the session, I was first introduced at the beginning of the next session. I was able to listen in to a brief few scenes serving as a continuation of the story and introduction to the rest of the party before being seamlessly introduced as a character. The atmosphere above table was fun and friendly for the entire session. Every player was engaged with the story and I felt welcomed and appreciated for being a part of the game. From speaking with this GM and some of the players ahead of the game, I was already excited, but the actual session surpassed my expectations. I can't wait for the next one!
