I've played a few online campaigns and Cosmo has become my favorite DM so far. He sets the mood for the session and gives the character players plenty of opportunity for great RP moments. He always seems to be well prepared for each session, so there's very little lag time on his part. He is pretty quick to fill in dead space for new players who aren't yet comfortable role playing yet, so there is really never a lot of "awkward silences" that I have experienced in campaigns by other DMs. Highly recommend!
