Truly listens to players about what they want for there character and makes it happen. As a new player I had no idea how to start building a character, but Bobby walked me thew it and made it a fun experience. Then came the game, again I had such a small amount of knowledge about how the game was played (Only experience was watching CR and D20) but Bobby made it super easy.
