Bar-D-Mcfly was my first DM on a full campaign, and could not have made the experience more enjoyable. He was great at answer any questions I had as a new player. He made all of the rules and safety features very clear, and was very good at checking in after sessions. He provides a great mix of roleplay and combat, and always checked in to make sure the balance was working after sessions. The world building he provided was great. A website full of lore to explain the world, soundscapes, and brilliant maps. He also worked very hard to include my character, their family, and their culture into his story. He allowed for a lot of collaborative storytelling, and really made my character feel like a part of the world and part of the story. Overall, I can not think of any reason not to choose Bar-D-Mcfly as your next DM. If you’re looking for someone who has a clear passion for world building and story telling, and who will make you and your character fit right in to that story, he’s the DM for you.

Jamie ran my first ever DND experience with a Dinosaur themed one-shot. They did an absolutely amazing job. The visuals or the map and the background sounds really helped with setting the scene, they did fantastic storytelling, and very fun voices. More than anything, they helped me a lot with learning the basics of the game. They helped me build a character while still allowing me tons of creative freedom, and sent me extra materials to look over before the game so I was prepared. I don’t think I could have gotten a better dm or a better game for my first time playing.
