Jenn creates a fun and exciting environment to play in. Great descriptions and visual aids really help to immerse yourself in the game. Both as a DM, and as a player, she creates visually stunning action, and allows the PCs the latitude to represent their characters the way they want to. My experience with Jenn as a DM is in a Play by Post game, and she has been very consistent about posting at the same times every day; making sure to check in, to answer questions or request ability checks. She always addresses every character's choices, and makes sure to keep players engaged.

Her role play of the NPCs is extraordinary. When I joined the campaign the first thing I noticed was that each of the NPCs talked and interacted; sometimes just with each other. It was like they were actually traveling in a large group, and just because a PC wasn't interacting with them didn't meant that they weren't doing anything. In my opinion this is the subtle feature that a good DM will always have in their campaigns. Her NPCs are separate, living characters with their own motives; not skewed reflections of the players to elicit a motivating reaction.

Noralf paints an amazing picture of scenarios and provides enough support for players to integrate easily. The Discord channels and Avrae integration are used to create an above board, multi-level experience. As DM he is prompt to answer player questions and consistent with providing group updates to move the story along.

As a recently returning player, and completely new to playing online, Tim (and the entire group) were incredibly patient while I figured out how to coordinate Roll20 and D&D Beyond in game. The roleplaying is light, and largely regulated by the contributions of the team.
