I am playing Curse of Strahd with Human DM, and it's been great. The DM is fantastic at telling stories and bringing you into the mood. He presents a good balance of role playing and fighting, where the fighting is never boring, and not just because of the voices he makes. The visual aids and dynamic lighting work really well; the basement was, indeed, a claustrophobic experience. On the personal level, Human DM is patient in explaining things, generous with his time and advice, and good at creating a welcoming environment and making people feel at ease. Highly recommended!

I am just going to join the masses raving about Joe and... well, rave about Joe. This was such a fun beginners' adventure. Not only did I learn a lot, but there was also plenty of room for experimentation and creativity. Joe is a masterful DM. He is great at improvising and incorporating elements introduced by the players into his storyline. This is a perfect place to explore and experiment with DnD.

Aspen is super relaxed and cool. She made sure the game was inclusive and safe, and everyone had their moment in the spotlight. There were six of us playing, and we ended up building a fun story together, where we acquired an additional member in our group of adventurers: an NPC, to boot!
