The best DM I've had on here. Incredible imagination and ability to not just keep the game flowing, but role with some very creative players who mixed it up quite a bit, while staying keeping the rules top of mind. Beyond impressive. Uses Zoom and a camera with a physical board and minifigs which is such a welcome change from VTTs which are sometimes a distraction. I felt like I was playing with a group of people around a table, instead of something close to a video game.

After two games with Steven, I feel like I am really immersed in the world he is building for our team. He goes with the flow of the game while knowing the rules and keeping us 'honest', and he's just a lot of fun as a DM. He's also great at balancing role play with combat so we don't have too little of either, and it moves briskly. Highly recommended.

Total newbie here, and hadn't played in over 30 years. I signed up very late for a game and was the only player, but he still took the time to help get me set up properly and helped orient me to online game play. He was patient and understanding and at the same time still tried to set the mood and have some fun while teaching!
