I had a poor experience with this DM. I initially sent my concerns directly to him in an attempt to find out more about what happened. However, as I was waiting for a reply, the campaign channel was deleted from before my eyes together with my concerns. Communication should definitely be a point of improvement. Before going forward, I would like to say this was a bi-weekly game which aggravated the issue. Having to plan your day around the session only to be called off because the DM did not show up is not appropriate. It's not easy to align everything - and the explanation we get is "I didn't think to notify you all."

I can confidently say that Jonathan is an amazing GM. He is very patient and explains the rules of the game in a clear, concise manner while guiding you through the ins and outs of the VTT. I have never used Foundry until today and I am definitely impressed by it. He chose excellent music for the events happening during the game and welcomes player communication. I had an amazing experience playing in his one-shot and felt like the choices we made during combat truly made a difference to the overall result by driving the narrative forward. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to have a great experience playing DND!

Megan is an amazing DM that supports and implements the elements of your backstory into the actual game. I love the fact that the decisions we took in session 0 as well as the ones we take during the game have an impact on the overall story. She supports the story being written at the table while keeping in mind the motivations and goals the PCs originally set for themselves. If you are looking for a fun game and player agency this DM is definitely for you.
