Sid does a great job of working with her players to incorporate bits of backstory, and during sessions makes sure everyone gets a turn in the spotlight. Very capable of improvising when the players inevitably drive things off the rails.

Val

Val has several years' experience playing in and running a variety of games and campaigns. They are great at weaving character backstories into the overarching narrative, but can also easily manage a chaotic one-shot.
