I’ve played with him almost every week for about a year now, and I hope it doesn’t stop. He’s helped me learn basically everything I know. He’s constantly adding new things that make the game more immersive, and he's willing to look for things players suggest (ie modules in foundry, ect.). Tulio is the kind of DM I hope I can be one day.

This was my first game, and he made it great. I cannot wait to come back and run another. He seemed to be able to go with whatever we threw at him, I don't know if he had it planned or not. I don't remember hearing "No" or anything like that either, but maybe I just wasn't creative enough.
