About SushiRae
Hello! I’m Rae! I’ve been a DM for the last 3 years and have always loved doing it. I have been playing TTRPGS, like D&D 5e and Pathfinder 2e, for 5 years now and love the fantasy it all! My favorite books are Eragon and the Mistborn series. I’ve always loved the power fantasy and enjoyment players get from playing their characters, and building off of what they’ve created! I hope you can join me for a mystical adventure through Galarian, The Forgotten Realms, and my homebrew settings!

I became a GM because
I’ve always loved writing and creating stories since I was a young kid. I want to make these stories with you all as characters, and have a blast!
My favorite books are
Eragon, Mistborn, and anything by Rick Riordan!
When I'm not running games I'm...
Listening to D&D podcasts, hanging out at my local pizza shop, or writing
How SushiRae runs games
I enjoy combat, most of all. Crafting dynamic combats and fun and unique bosses is my strongest suit in my GM repertoire! I’ve been roleplaying for 9+ years (ever since I was 12) though, so those moments are also rather fun for me!

My games focus on...
Storytelling and Power fantasies through combat. Also some horror, but yknow :3
When it comes to voices
I try to do fun voices for each character, but I commonly forget them or end up using the same voice for multiple characters
SushiRae's ideal table
My ideal table would be players who roleplay through the combat and think as their characters rather than themselves. Personifying and acting actual fleshed out characters, rather than acting silly nilly.

I think metagaming...
Is ok when done to discuss stats and other gameplay attributes, but not in roleplay
I think min/maxing...
Is okay when done through a lens of flavor.
