If you're coming from another TTRPG and are on the fence of trying PF2e- you'll feel so lucky to have Jacob on your side. Not only is he great at helping new players learn the ropes but those with experience will have a great time too. He encourages roleplay and having fun with mechanics and is creative and not afraid to get goofy with his players. At the same time, if you'd like more heartfelt roleplay moments then you'll wonder how it's possible to chop onions over the internet. The creative flexibility that he offers his groups, and the environment that brings, always leads to not only a hoot but also a holler! It's a shame that you can only use three tags to describe Jacob as a GM. If you're looking for inclusivity, he's got it. Someone with great taste in music that helps to build the immersion? Bam! Someone who knows that sweet, sweet PF lore? It's honestly impressive and a little terrifying. You'll no doubt have a great time in one of his games - hope to play with you soon!
I've played in a couple of one shots with this GM at varying levels of difficulty and my praise is that I wish I had the time able to join a campaign of his. Great storyteller, very helpful to beginners, and motivates players to think creatively. He is proactive on creating a safe space.
New to DND and I couldn't ask for a better dnd experience. Each week I can't wait for the session and always look forward to the inclusive and comfortable space he's cultivated and continues to cultivate with his players. Maps, visuals, audio ambience, and voices are all fun and immersive and he doesnt shy away from it all. If you are an experienced player, it should say something that he has people that play in more than one of his campaigns, frequently join his campaigns and get immersed in all aspects of play so readily. DM Drew makes it easy to want to come back.
