I recently attended an event to play 3-days of D&D with a professional GM and felt like I hit the jackpot with Neal (Joatmaniac). Half of us at the table knew each other before the game, and half we met at the session. Joatmaniac quickly helped us all to bond together to deal with his story obstacles. He was fun and creative, and responsive to the different ways the players wanted to engage the story. He has a love for the game and a depth of experience that I'm sure helped him when we threw a few curveballs his way (as we players often do). He clarified and enforced rules, but didn't let them get in the way of the story unnecessarily. He was an excellent story-teller and facilitated everyone having fun in ways that were special for our characters. Totally recommend Joatmaniac!

Dylan is great! Totally recommend. He’s patient with the newbies in the group (like me), and encouraging for our group to focus our adventures on what makes it fun for us. He’s responsive to feedback, as we let him know what we most liked and didn’t like in the beginning. My favorite parts of his style: he does excellent character voices, sound effects, and in-game music that helps us feel like we are in the story.
