I have played with Zahariel both offline and online and I can honestly say he is one of the most well-rounded GMs I have encountered. His stories (or module adaptations) are always solid in terms of plot, with no apparent holes in them and his combat encounters are tactical and smoothly paced, regardless of their difficulty. The greatest pull, at least for me, is his willingness to work with us players and to incorporate our actions in his world and narative. I can honestly say he enjoys a cool idea as much as the player that suggested it and is not afraid to chase down a plot angle that wasn't there but surfaced during play time
