I’ve had the privilege of playing with Shiv as my DM for a few sessions now and I would heartily recommend his games. They are well prepared, with painstaking detail given to world building, top notch visuals and atmospheric music. He has spent considerable effort with customisation on Roll20 and it shows. Group dynamics are excellent, with an emphasis on inclusivity and respect. Shiv tells an engaging story with dramatic moments, that still gives players plenty of agency to express their creativity. New players and veterans alike will be well served here. If you want to fight off sea raiders while your ship is swallowed by a giant shark, or ride a piano through a barroom brawl, look no further.

I’ve played with Rob for the best part of 15 years and if you’re looking for an experienced and fair DM with an emphasis on keeping it fun, he’s your man. Rob has run countless games not just for our playgroup but several, so he can adapt for anyone’s preferred style of play. A wealth of experience in D&D (over several editions), Exalted (ask him about his tattoo), Pathfinder and many more, as well as branching out into homebrew systems of his own design. He will run any type of game you’d like to play, whether that’s a published module, an entirely self designed adventure, or something in between. In our current circumstances, Rob has moved seamlessly from running our tabletop campaigns to playing online over Discord, Roll20 and Foundry.
