I convinced my IRL party to try out an online one shot when our DM had to cancel on us last minute. Most of the party playing has never used Forge and Squint took the time to explain the tools we'd be using in the VTT, it made it very easy to play and made game play relatively seamless. The visual effects in Forge made the experience very cool and was something I'd never experienced before. We did a dungeon crawl that didn't allow for much RP (expected and requested by the players, this is not a negative), but Squint still went above in beyond with presentation and character building with the NPCs we were fighting. While fighting Squint allowed us to have creativity and the entire party had a great time. Would certainty play again.

This was my first online D&D experience and OgrePixieEater made it an absolute blast. The world he has built is vast in story and in culture. Throughout our session I was left wondering what was next and what reactions to my actions the world around me would have. The story was fantastic and we were invited to continue the session at a later time which sounds amazing. Our entire party had a great time and no one felt left out. We got through an early encounter and had ample time for roleplaying and exploring the massive world presented to us. Thanks for a good night, will def book again!
