I've played with many DMs over the years and have had enjoyable times with most of them. Charles by FAR is the most fun I've had at a table. I've never been more engaged, scribbled so many notes, or laughed so much. I enjoy the voices, the storytelling, and most of all, the party management; meaning, I like that Charles allows the party to discuss/deliberate the plan or next steps, but once things start spiralling, they do great and encourage us to try something out instead of just talking. Their descriptions really put me into the environment and help me maintain character, too, which is only aided by the music and sound effects they add in during gameplay. Charles really matches the players where they want to be, allows for creativity and humor, while keeping things safe and inclusive. Do yourself and your party a favor and adventure with Charles!

I've been playing with Josh in multiple campaigns for about 2 years now and I could not be more thrilled to have found such a quality DM! I have had some really great moments with friends thanks to his narrative ability. He is always one to 'yes, and' or 'no, but' instead of just shut things down. Do yourself a favor and join his table! Josh allows for so much creativity (collaborative or independent), he provides a safe and inclusive space for people to play, and he knows the rules well (including the most important rule of all, the rule of cool)!
