I wait a few sessions before reviewing anyone to be fair and give credit where it's due. Manuel creates engaging hooks and combines them with carefully thought out NPCs. Combat is engaging and streamlined in a wY to keep the story moving yet fun and tense.. Manuel has a very solid grasp of the Vampire setting and I can see him as my go to storyteller for quite sometime.
I have waited several sessions before making a recommendation. To give a solid recommendation, it is best to see how a Storyteller handles a variable of events. Combat, RP, how they handle the rules, and all the elements one enjoys in a game. Babis even interviews you before to ensure it is the type of session that is also good for you. I'm very pleasantly surprised to say that Babis REALLY delivers and includes thorough downtime activities with great storytelling. I went through a few LAME storytellers and was stoked to bump into Babis.
I typically wait after several sessions before reviewing GM's as I want to be fair and accurate to list the best qualities. If you are a veteran player, you will love Jolly as he not only knows the rules VERY well, but knows how to use them to challenge you in the game. Especially if you love tactical combat. GM Jolly will not disappoint with this and you will face adversity you most likely have not seen before. But all that greatness hinges on his consistency of actually having the session or doing other shady practices with startplaying charges/credit returns. I enjoyed the campaign while it lasted, but had to leave because Jolly sure as heck didn't have us feeling Jolly with whatever he is going through.
