Respite runs a visually stunning game, and takes full advantage of everything Foundry has to offer. I've had one of the longest combat encounters in my 5 years of playing DnD 5e in the campaign I'm apart of, and it was a blast the entire time. The luck of the die played a huge part in it, but everything was so cinematic it was almost scary. If I had read about it in a book I would've been holding my breath with every turned page, and it wouldn't have been possible without my party members and our wonderful DM. Beginner or experienced, Respite can make an engaging and fun filled game for anyone.

Stellar was vibrant and energetic, a real joy to play with. He really provided the perfect circumstances to test out a character I had been dying to play for a long time, and I had a blast getting to play with all the toys he allowed us to buy. Him calling my character really cool is also a huge plus.

BlckSpd is a wonderful GM, always willing to listen to his player's concerns and genuine in his desire to make a great atmosphere for all his players. Not afraid to do a funny voice, and quick to react to even the craziest of player schemes, He's a joy to play with. I've actually hit the one year anniversary mark in the current campaign we're in, and I've never had more fun in the game than with BlckSpd. Honestly some of the most intense and immersive combat I've ever experienced, with a single spell or dice roll deciding the fate of a character for the rest of the campaign. I really appreciate all that he's done for me getting back into the game, and even willing to go so far as to do something entirely custom for our party. I count myself extremely lucky to have joined a session zero on a whim, and found myself with an awesome adventure and even better friends. Cheers Black, you're the greatest.
