About me

I love colorful worlds and heroic tales, ensemble casts of lovably flawed characters, and enjoying in shared creativity. I role-play because I want to live through stories similar to the shows and books I love, worlds like Avatar the Last Airbender, Firefly/Serenity, Arcane, Cyberpunk, Fullmetal Alchemist, Shadow and Bone/Six of Crows. For my games, it's all about the narrative and cinematic moments, and the dice and rules are all tools to help us in creating those together. But they are only tools, and they always defer to the narrative. In my world we call this "The Rule of Cool".

GM style

I want you to feel awesome when you play. I want to see you succeed. I want to create an environment where the players help one another, enjoy in each other's successes, and laugh it off when the failures roll in. Sometimes, there will hopefully be some nice touching moments we can build up to as well. To make that happen, I want to set up expectations at the start, and employ safety tools and take them seriously. An inclusive environment is also highest priority.
